09/18/14 – Departmental Information – An officer found a set of mailboxes in Patrick Henry unsecured.  The officer was able to locate the keys and secure the mailboxes. (Closed)

09/18/14 – Lost Property – A student reported losing an external hard drive, a report was issued and the student was advised they will be notified if the hard drive was turned in. (Closed)

09/18/14 – Accident – A student reported damage done to their vehicle while parked in the Colonial Way parking lot.  Pictures were taken of the damage and a report was issued for insurance purposes. (Closed)

09/18/14 – Theft – An outside vendor at the Island Sports Center reported a theft from their event.  An officer responded and spoke with the event manager who advised they do not wish to pursue charges if the items are returned.  The officer was able to have the items returned without incident. (Closed)

09/18/14 – Disturbance – While patrolling Concord hall and officer came across a room being with people yelling inside.  The residents were advised to keep the noise level down and complied. (Closed)

09/19/14 – Traffic Stop – An officer conducted a traffic stop on Campus drive for a stop sign violation.  A citation was issued to the driver for the violation. (Closed)

09/19/14 – Recovered Property – Maintenance turned in a wallet found in the Nicholson Student Center.  The owner was contacted by this department and their wallet was returned to them. (Closed)

09/19/14 – Lost Property – A student came reported their wallet misplacing their wallet.  All necessary information was obtained and the student was advised if the wallet is turned in, that they would be notified. (Closed)

09/19/14 – Fire Alarm – A student reported their fire alarm activated in Salem hall for no reason.  Maintenance was notified and responded to check on the alarm. (Closed)

09/20/14 – Traffic Stop – An officer conducted a traffic stop for a stop sign violation.  The driver was issued a citation for the offense. (Closed)

09/20/14 – Fire Alarm – Guardian reported a fire alarm activated in Concord hall.  Upon officers arrival it was determined that the cause was burnt food.  Maintenance was notified and reset the alarm. (Closed)

09/20/14 – Property Damage – While patrolling campus an officer noticed damage to a light pole at the NAC.  A report was issued and sent to Facilities management. (Closed)

09/20/14 – Medical Emergency – This department was advised of a rugby player injured at the NAC.  Officers responded and upon arrival, a parent was on scene and transported the player to the hospital for treatment. (Closed)

09/20/14 – Traffic Stop – An officer conducted a traffic stop for a stop sign violation.  The driver was issued a citation for the offense. (Closed)

09/21/14 – Public Drunkenness – This department was advised of an intoxicated female on the shuttle.  The female was located and cited for public drunkenness and underage drinking.  The female was transported to Coraopolis PD for lodging due to her level of intoxication. (Closed)

09/21/14 – Assist Another Agency – This department assisted the Allegheny County and Moon Township Police departments in identifying RMU students involved in an off campus incident.  Officers assisted and cleared. (Closed)

09/21/14 – Medical Emergency – This department was advised of an employee falling in Wheatley center.  Officers responded and offered medical attention, which was refused by the employees who drove themselves to Allegheny General Hospital for observation. (Closed)

09/21/14 – Medical Emergency – A patron at the ISC fell on the pavement by the golf dome and injured their knees.  The patron refused medical treatment and was taken to Ohio Valley Hospital by her husband. (Closed)

09/21/14 – Harassment – A student came to the station and requested information on how to handle a harassment situation.  Officers assisted and entered a report with the details if anything further persists. (Closed)

09/21/14 – Medical Emergency – A player was injured during a soccer game at the NAC.  The player was transported to Allegheny General Hospital for treatment by Valley Ambulance Authority. (Closed)

09/22/14 – Fire Alarm – Guardian reported a fire alarm activated in Concord hall.  Upon officers arrival it was determined to be a false alarm.  Maintenance was notified and reset the alarm. (Closed)

09/22/14 – Found Property – This department was advised that a motorized cart from Giant Eagle was outside of Braddock hall.  This incident is currently under investigation at this time. (Open)

09/22/14 – Theft – A student reported an item taken from his door in Marshall hall.  All pertinent information was obtained and the cameras will be reviewed. (Open)
