11/11/14 – Vehicle Stop – While on patrol, officer observed a vehicle with no inspection stickers and expired registration.  The driver was cited and released. (Closed)

11/12/14 – Trouble Alarm – Guardian Protection reported a trouble alarm in Sewall Center.  Officers responded along with maintenance who corrected issue with alarm system. (Closed)

11/12/14 – Found Property – Credit card found in Hale.  Officer completed a report and attempted to contact owner. (Closed)

11/12/14 – Vehicle Stop – While on patrol officer observed a vehicle travel through a stop sign without stopping.  The driver was cited for not having insurance, expired registration, and given a warning for the stop sign violation. (Closed)

11/13/14 – Damaged Property – This department was made aware of damage to a stop sign.  This department is investigating. (Open)

11/13/14 – Departmental Information – While on patrol at Braddock Hall Officer noticed someone sleeping in vehicle at Giant Eagle Parking Lot.  Moon Township Police Department responded and made contact with individual. (Closed)

11/13/14 – Departmental Information – Complainant reports receiving phone calls asking for donations.  Officers investigated and phone number is not related to this university. (Closed)

11/13/14 – Assist Other Police Agency – This department was requested to do a death notification for one of our students. (Closed)

11/13/14 – Protection Against Minors – This department received information related to inappropriate behavior occurring at Massey Hall.  Report taken and investigation is open. (Open)

11/14/14 – Lost Property – While on patrol officer found a backpack.  Report taken and items placed in lost and found. (Closed)

11/14/14 – Medical Emergency – Complainant reported shortness of breath in Washington Hall.  Officers arrived with Valley Ambulance Paramedics.  The complainant was evaluated and refused transport to hospital. (Closed)

11/15/14 – Public Drunkenness – While on patrol officers encountered individual walking in the street.  The intoxicated subject was cited and will be sent through judicial affairs. (Closed)

11/15/14 – Fire Alarm – Guardian Protection reported a fire alarm activation in Lexington Hall.  Officers responded along with maintenance, finding the cause of the alarm to be burnt food.  The alarm was reset without further incident. (Closed)

11/17/14 – Departmental Information – Diebold Security reports alarm activation for ATM in Hale Center.  Officers responded and found issue to be related to ATM being relocated. (Closed)

11/17/14 – Assist Other Police Agency – This department assisted Moon Township Police in locating individual without incident. (Closed)

11/17/14 – Medical Emergency – Complainant reports feeling extremely ill.  Officers responded and the complainant was transported by Valley Ambulance to Sewickley Valley Hospital. (Closed)

11/17/14 – Student Conduct – Complainant reports possible harassment in Jefferson.  Officers responded and took statements from all parties involved.  This department is investigating. (Open)
