Robert Morris University tweeted last night that fans could learn how to receive a floorboard from the Chuck of the Charles L. Sewall Center at tonight’s men’s basketball game.
“We have a lot of the materials that were salvaged from the demolition and we are working with vendors to create souvenirs for our alumni and friends of the university,” said Johnathan Potts, vice president of marketing and public relations, in an email. “We are are still in the process of collecting and organizing all usable inventory from the building. In the coming months we’ll be communicating to alumni and friends of the university on how they can purchase souvenirs, which include pieces of the wood floor and bricks.”
Fans can sign up at the PPG Paints Arena during the game. The RMU men’s basketball game begins at 7 p.m.
