MOON TOWNSHIP– After sustaining a hit to the head during Saturday’s game against Mercyhurst (2-4-1, 4-8-1 AHC), Robert Morris men’s hockey (7-2-2, 7-5-2 AHC) forward Grant Hebert will be out indefinitely with a concussion, per RMU Men’s Hockey Twitter.

The sophomore forward from St. Andrew’s West, Ontario, has seven points (4g, 3a) in 12 games played this year. Last season with the Colonials, Hebert played in 33 of the Colonials’ 40 contests, including all six Atlantic Hockey postseason games. In those 33 games, Hebert tallied five goals and five assists, good enough for 10 points.

Hebert will be a difficult hole to replace for the Colonials, as in the last two series against Air Force (4-4-2, 4-8-2 AHC) and Mercyhurst, Hebert centered the top line between Nick Prkusic and Jacob Coleman.

The Hebert-less Colonials are back in action this weekend as they travel to Connecticut to take on the Sacred Heart Pioneers (8-4, 9-6-1 AHC), who they are tied with for the Atlantic Hockey lead with 24 points.
