On Thursday, Robert Morris University saw the second event hosted by Residence Life, the Glow in the Dark Foam Party.

The party was hosted in front of the Office of Residence Life. The main aspect of the foam party was, of course, the foam. Radioactive Events Center Inc., the company in charge of running the event, kept a constant stream of foam throughout the night. This left the entire Residence Life parking lot covered in bubbles.

Radioactive Events Center Inc. is a Pittsburgh based company that was founded in 2008. Foam parties are just one of the many different types of services that the company provides. This is not the first time the company has worked with RMU as they have provided their services for events in the past.

On top of the foam, music and water guns filled with different colored liquids were there to keep students entertained for the entire event.

The student reaction was very positive with community advisors Robbie Mastic and Maya Orlove saying that “it was a blast” and “very bubbly.”

Even students that were not in the foam pit were able to have fun.

“It’s lit but I have to carry everyone’s stuff,” a student who wished to stay anonymous said.

Despite everyone getting soap in their eyes, the students seemed to have a great time at this event and are looking forward to the events to come.
