UPDATE: Missing 16-year-old boy from Tarentum found

UPDATE: Ratliff was reported to be found at 11:30 p.m. on December 1.
TARENTUM — Authorities in Tarentum are asking for help in finding a boy who went missing.
16-year-old Ronald Ratliff was last seen at 4 a.m. Tuesday morning. Ratliff is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs around 130 pounds.
