Frank James Receives 10 Life Sentences

On April 12th, 2022, Frank James unleashed rounds of bullets into a crowded subway car during rush hour, and 29 people were injured in the terroristic attack. On October 5th, 2023, James received ten life sentences for his actions.

James often talked about issues in America, like racism and mass shootings. He would talk about these issues on his YouTube channel, and he even uploaded videos before the attack on the subway system.

Frank James impersonated a construction worker and got on the subway. Once in the subway system, he set off smoke bombs and began firing his gun. He ended up hitting ten people, and 29 people were injured due to other non-disclosed reasons.

James’ attorneys asked for a lighter sentence, and the reason for this was because of his age. He’s 64, and the attorney also discussed his physical and mental health conditions. The attorney also claimed that Frank James reached out for help, but society failed him. The judge did not buy into what was said.
