3/16/14 – Medical Emergency – This department was advised of a male experiencing a seizure in the Nicholson Student Center.  Valley Ambulance was contacted and transported the patient to Sewickley Valley Hospital for treatment. (Closed)

3/18/14- Criminal Mischief – This department was advised of a Pepsi vending machine that was damaged outside of Adams Hall.  The cameras will be reviewed in an attempt to locate any suspects involved. (Closed)

3/18/14 – Trespass Warning – A patron at the ISC was issued a trespass warning for fighting with teammates in the locker room.  Previous complaints have been made on the patron. (Closed)

3/18/14 – Fire Alarm – Guardian reported a fire alarm activated in Gallatin Hall.  Officers responded and found a hair dryer set off the system.  The officers reset the alarm panel. (Closed)

3/18/14 – Departmental Information – A professor wanted to inform this department of an email that was written by a student.  The email was reviewed by this department and forwarded to the University Counselors for review. (Closed)

3/18/14 – Simple Trespass – A student who is on the PNG list was found to be inside Ross hall.  The student was issued a citation for simple trespass and released. (Closed)

3/18/14 – Welfare Check – A parent called concerned about not being able to get in touch with their daughter.  Officers located the female student and advised her to contact her parents.

3/19/14 – Smell of Smoke – Report of a smell of smoke in Massey Hall.  Upon officers, arrival smoke was visible on the second floor, and the fire department was advised.  The building was checked and the cause for the smoke was a faulty light fixture. (Closed)

3/19/14 – Lost Property – A student reported losing their wallet in the Wheatley Center.  Officers checked the building with negative results.  The student was advised if the wallet were turned in, they would be contacted. (Closed)

3/20/14 – Smell of Smoke – This department was advised of a smell of smoke in the Chapel. Officers responded and there was no sign of smoke, but could detect the odor of something electrical burning.  Maintenance responded and shut the power down to the building until the cause could be located. (Closed)

3/20/14 – Medical Emergency – Health Services advised of an ambulance needed for a student experiencing nausea, and headaches.  Valley Ambulance was contacted and transported the student to Sewickley Valley Hospital. (Closed)

3/20/14 – Fire Alarm – Residents on the first floor of Concord Hall reported setting of the smoke detector by cooking.  Officers responded and reset the alarm panel. (Closed)

3/20/14 – Assist Another Agency – This department assisted Moon Township Police in verifying information pertaining to students of the University.  (Closed)

3/21/14 – Underage Drinking – This department was advised of an intoxicated female in Adams Hall.  Officers located the female was visibly intoxicated and was throwing up.  The female was transported by Valley Ambulance to Sewickley Valley Hospital for treatment. Two citations were issued. (Closed)

3/22/14 – Fire Alarm – Guardian reported a fire alarm activated in Concord Hall.  Officers responded and determined the cause to be burnt food.  The officers reset the alarm. (Closed)

3/22/14 – Accident – Moon PD dispatch reported a vehicle off the roadway on Colonial Way.  Officers responded and found the vehicle off the road and in the grass.  The driver reported losing control at the turn and went off the road.  A tow truck was called and the vehicle was removed. (Closed)

3/23/14 – Medical Emergency – This department received a call for an injured lacrosse player at Joe Walton Stadium.  Upon officers arrival the player refused medical treatment, and was transported by a friend to their local hospital. (Closed)

3/23/14 – Fire Alarm – Guardian reported a fire alarm activated in Concord Hall.  Upon officers arrival the cause for the alarm was burnt food.  Officers reset the alarm panel. (Closed)

3/23/14 – Departmental Information – Maintenance requested an officer present while they went into the parts room.  Officers stood by per request without incident. (Closed)

3/23/14 – Fire Alarm – Guardian reported a fire alarm activated in Concord Hall.  Upon officers arrival it was determined the cause was burnt food.  The officers reset the alarm panel. (Closed)

3/24/14 – Accident – Report of a minor accident in the Upper Massey parking lot.  Both parties exchanged their information and a report was written for insurance purposes. (Closed)

3/24/14 – Traffic Stop – An officer conducted a traffic stop in the Barry Center parking lot, for failure to stop at a stop sign.  A citation was issued to the driver, and the officer cleared without incident. (Closed)

3/24/14 – Departmental Information – A student wanted a report on file related to harassment.  The student did not want any action taken at this time by this department, but wanted the situation on record.  A report was written for the incident. (Closed)

3/24/14 – Medical Emergency – A patron at the ISC was injured while playing hockey.  Valley Ambulance transported the player to Children’s Hospital for treatment.  The parents were on scene and followed the ambulance to the hospital. (Closed)

3/24/14 – Departmental Information – A female officer stood by while maintenance attended to a problem in the women’s restroom in Hancock Hall. (Closed)
