9/3/19- 201 Commitment- While patrolling officers noticed a male who looked upset on Colonial way. He volunteered to go to the hospital to speak with counselors (closed).

9/3/19- Accident with parked vehicle- Non-student reported damage to her vehicle after it was parked at Yorktown Hall. Report taken. Damage may have occurred on Penn state campus (closed).

9/4/19- Fire alarm- Moon dispatch advised this department of a Fire alarm in Salem Hall. Officers responded and determined the alarm to be false. The fire panel was reset and the Fire department was cancelled (closed).

9/4/19- Harrassment by communication- A resident student reported that he was being harassed via text by a female. It was determine to be a phone scam (closed).

9/4/19- Fire alarm- Moon dispatch advised this department of a Fire alarm in Salem Hall. Officers responded and determined the alarm to be caused by cooking. The fire panel was reset and the Fire department was cancelled (closed).

9/5/19- Fire alarm- Moon dispatch advised this department of a Fire alarm in Lexington Hall. Officers responded and determined the alarm to be false. The fire panel was reset and the Fire department was cancelled (closed).

9/5/19- Theft- PNC café reported a theft of food.. Under investigation (closed).

9/5/19- Fire alarm- Moon dispatch advised this department of a Fire alarm in Salem Hall. Officers responded and determined the alarm to be caused by the shower. The fire panel was reset and the Fire department was cancelled (closed).

9/5/19- Disorderly conduct/public drunkenness- While working a concert detail in the UPMC event Center officers received a report of an intoxicated male harassing patrons. The male was arrested. Citations issued (closed).

9/6/19- Welfare check- Moon Police reported an anonymous tip concerning the welfare of a student. Officers made contact and found nothing concerning (closed).

9/6/19- Fire alarm- Moon dispatch advised this department of a Fire alarm in Salem Hall. Officers responded and determined the alarm to be false. The fire panel was reset and the Fire department was cancelled (closed).

9/6/19- Suspicious person- Residence life reported a suspicious person attempting to contact Yorktown resident. Patrols were done of the area. Contact made with the resident who refused police involvement (closed).

9/6/19- Missing property- A resident student reported money missing from his wallet in Gallatin. Pending further information (closed).

9/6/19- Accident with parked vehicle- A concert Patron reported damage to her vehicle while parked at UPMC Event Center. Report taken for insurance purposes (closed).

9/7/19- Student conduct drugs- Residence Life reported a smell of marijuana in Yorktown two students referred to student conduct for paraphernalia (closed).

9/7/19- Fire alarm- Moon dispatch advised this department of a Fire alarm in Salem Hall. Officers responded and determined the alarm to be false. The fire panel was reset and the Fire department was cancelled (closed).

9/7/19- Noise complaint- Residence life reported a party In Yorktown. Officers determined no illegal activity afoot. Told to quiet down for the night (closed).

9/7/19- Theft- Parkhurst reported a theft from Romo’s. Under investigation (pending).

9/7/19- Fire alarm- Moon dispatch advised this department of a Fire alarm in Salem Hall. Officers responded and determined the alarm to be false. The fire panel was reset and the Fire department was cancelled (closed).

9/7/19- Smell of Marijuana- Residence Life reported a smell of Marijuana in Yorktown. Nothing illegal found (closed).

9/8/19- Fire alarm- Moon dispatch advised this department of a Fire alarm in Salem Hall. Officers responded and determined the cause to be cooking. The fire panel was reset and the Fire department was cancelled (closed).

9/8/19- Found property- A debit card was turned into this department. Owner was notified and the card logged into evidence for safekeeping (closed).

9/8/19- Theft- Parkhurst reported a theft from PNC Café. Under investigation (pending). 

9/8/19- Medical emergency- Staff at the Island Sports Complex cut their hand. Refused medics (closed).
