09/18/13 –  Trouble Alarm – Guardian advised of a trouble alarm activated in Concord Hall.  Upon officers arrival it was determined that the cause was burnt food.  Officers reset the alarm panel. (Closed)

09/18/13 – Fire Alarm – Guardian advised of a fire alarm activated in Joe Walton Stadium.  Upon officers arrival it was determined that the alarm was malfunctioning and maintenance was notified. (Closed)

09/18/13 – Gas Leak – An outside contractor hit a gas line by Jefferson Center.  The building was evacuated and Moon Township Fire department was toned out.  Maintenance, Columbia Gas and Peoples Gas were able to fix the leak without incident. (Closed)

09/19/13 – Accident – A patron at the ISC backed into another patron’s vehicle outside the golf dome.  Both parties exchanged information and a report was written for insurance purposes. (Closed)

09/20/13 Fire Alarm – Guardian reported a fire alarm activated in Madison Hall.  Upon officers arrival it was determined the alarm was set off by a curling iron.  The system was reset by the officers. (Closed)

09/20/13 – Student Conduct/Drugs – While on patrol, an officer could detect an odor of marijuana coming from the practice soccer field.  Two individuals were stopped one of them being a non-student. The non-student admitted to smoking, but was not in possession of any illegal substance.  The non-student was advised to leave campus, which they complied. The student was advised they would be sent through Judicial Affairs for this incident. (Closed)

09/20/13 – Student Conduct/Alcohol – The CA for Gallatin Hall reported underage drinking on the second floor.  Officers responded and met with seven students.  All parties involved were advised they would be sent through Judicial Affairs for judgment.  (Closed)

09/21/13 – Student Conduct – Security at Yorktown reported an intoxicated male on the shuttle coming to campus.  Officers located the male by the Gazebo parking lot who was over the age of twenty-one and under the influence.  Officers transported the student to his off campus residence for the night.  The student was advised they would be sent through Judicial Affairs for judgment. (Closed)

09/22/13 – Underage Drinking – While on patrol and officer viewed two students sitting on a curb at the intersection of Campus Drive and Colonial Way.  As the officer approached, the students stood up and walked away.  After making contact with both it was determined they were under the influence of alcohol.  A citation was issued for one student who was under the age or twenty-one. (Closed)

09/22/13 – Public Drunkenness – While on patrol, an officer viewed a male staggering in the Washington Gravel lot.  The male was stopped, identified, and cited for public drunkenness.  The male was lodged in the Coraopolis Police Department jail until sober. (Closed)

09/22/13 – Medical Emergency – Valley Ambulance reported a unit en-route to Gallatin Hall for a student experiencing chest pains.  The student was transported to Sewickley Valley Hospital for treatment. (Closed)

09/22/13 – Found Property – A wallet was found at Joe Walton Stadium and turned into this department.  The owner was contacted and claimed the wallet. (Closed)

09/23/13 -Trouble Alarm – Guardian reported a trouble alarm activated in Lexington Hall.  Upon officers arrival it was determined the cause of the alarm was burnt food.  Officers reset the alarm panel and cleared. (Closed)

09/23/13 – Fire – Guardian reported a trouble alarm activated in Salem Hall.  Upon officers, arrival it was determined there was smoke coming from room 105.  Entry was gained and a pot was found burning on the stove and the room filled with smoke.  Moon Fire Department was toned out to ventilate the room.  A student was found passed out on the couch during the call and was evaluated by Valley Ambulance and released. 09/23/13 -Medical Emergency – Residence Life reported needing an ambulance at Yorktown Hall for a male with a neurological problem.  Valley Ambulance arrived and transported the student to Presbyterian Hospital for treatment. (Closed)
