The Colonials earned the five set match triumph Saturday defeating Sacred Heart 3-2 on the road.

RMU 3 (14-12, Nec 8-3), Sacred Heart 2 (14-11, NEC 8-3): Robert Morris was able to pick up their eighth NEC win Saturday on the road in in Fairfield, Connecticut as they beat the Pioneers of Sacred Heart in five sets in a back-and-forth matchup. RMU won the first 26-24 set but dropped the second set 25-23. The Colonials then went onto to win the third set 27-25 but the Pioneers forced a fifth and match decisive set when they won the fourth set 26-24. RMU won the fifth set 15-12 to lift them to victory.  Junior Arden Fisher and freshman Taylor Lord led the Colonials offensively with 16 kills each. Brianna Frakes led RMU in assist finishing with 51.
