11/30/21: Failure to Stop at Stop Sign: RMU Police observed a vehicle that failed to stop at a posted stop sign. The officer conducted a traffic stop and explained the reason for the stop. The driver was written a citation. The case is closed.

12/01/21: Fire Alarm-Smoke Detector Activated: Guardian Protection reported a fire alarm activation in Salem Hall. Officers responded and found the cause to be a burnt quesadilla. RMU Maintenance was notified. The fire department was canceled. The panel was reset. This case is closed.

12/02/21: Departmental Information: All police cars and portable radios are not transmitting to Moon Dispatch. The Chief was notified. The case is closed.

12/02/21: Assist other Police Agency: RMU Officer observed a traffic accident on University Blvd. The Officer notified Dispatch for Moon Police to respond to Rome Monument. Moon Police arrived and took over the scene. This case is closed.

12/03/21: Assist other Police Agency: Moon Police requested information on two students involved in an off-campus traffic incident. The case is closed.

12/03/21: Fire Alarm-Smoke Detector Activated: Guardian Protection reported a fire alarm activation in Lexington Hall. Officers responded and found the cause to be burnt chicken. RMU Maintenance was notified. The fire department was canceled. The panel was reset. This is closed.

12/03/21: Welfare Check: RMU Faculty requested a welfare check on a student. Officers notified Residence Life who relocated the student on campus due to a roommate dispute. The student had gone home for the weekend. The case is closed.

12/04/21: Failure to Stop at Stop Sign: RMU Police observed a vehicle that failed to stop at a posted stop sign. The officer conducted a traffic stop and explained the reason for the stop. The driver was given a parking ticket. This case is closed.

12/05/21: Medical Emergency: A student called to report a medical emergency in Washington Hall. Officers notified Residence Life and requested an ambulance. The student was evaluated and refused transportation. Three students will be sent through Student Conduct for violating the alcohol policy. The case is closed.

12/05/21: Accident Involving Damage- Att. Veh/Prop: Moon Dispatch was advised by Moon Officers working the concert detail that there was a three-vehicle accident in the front of campus. All vehicles returned to campus. RMU Police obtained all pertinent information and took pictures for insurance purposes. This case is closed.

12/05/21: Medical Emergency: RMU Police were notified of a medical emergency at the People Gate of the UPMC Events Center. Medics evaluated the patient and transported them to the hospital. The case is closed.

12/06/21: Theft by Unlawful Taking: Parkhurst Dining manager notified RMU Police that someone took several drinks from behind the closed concession stand in the UPMC Events Center. This case is under investigation. This case is pending.
