Bob Casey wins Pennsylvania race for Senate

 

Bob Casey has been called the winner in the Pennsylvania Senate race against Lou Barletta in the 2018 midterm election.

 

 

 

 

Casey, the incumbent, easily defeated his opponent, Lou Barletta.

 

This is a significant win for the Democratic party who seeks to gain control of both the House and the Senate. With this win, the Democrats take the 34th seat in the Senate out of 100.  There are still 17 seats that need to be won before the Democrats win the majority.
