RMU SCJ Election Night 2020: WATCH HERE

RMU Sentry Media, Society of Collegiate Journalists (SCJ), and RMU-TV proudly present the 2020 Presidential Election Coverage on November 3rd, 2020. Coverage will be for four hours starting at 8pm with breaking news in election results, interviews, and political analysis.

Broadcasting from the Academic Media Center’s television studio located in Patrick Henry and airing via Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter live streams, all election coverage is produced by students all across campus to bring up to the minute election news to the audience.

Executive producer Michael Sciulli said, “The 2020 SCJ Election Night Coverage brings together student journalists from Robert Morris University to cover one of the most important nights inour country’s history.”

In addition to Scuilli, the team includes producers Garret Roberts, Nick Hedderick, Luke Yost, John Blinn, and Jon Hanna, and director Matt Simkovic. On air talent includes Hanna, Blinn, Hedderick, Sam Dutch, Alexis Davis, Jonah Hoy, Austin Bechtold, Tyler Gallo, Michael Delehanty, Colby Sherwin and Ethan Morrison.

This will be also RMU Sentry Media’s seventh election night coverage. The eight-time winning program received a first-place win at the 2017 SCJ Awards with their “SCJ 2016 Presidential Election Night Coverage” and a third-place win at the College Media Association 2017-2018 Film Festival with their “District 18 Special Election Coverage.”
