Executive Decision 2011 set to take place tonight

VIDEO: Executive Decision: 2011 – Behind the Scenes Update

This evening Thursday, Oct. 27 at 8 p.m. students in Robert Morris University’s Media Management class will host “Executive Decision: 2011” in the Academic Media Center in the Patrick Henry Center on campus.

The 60-minute debate will be between Allegheny County Allegheny County Executive candidates D. Raja (R) and Rich Fitzgerald (D)  just a week before elections.

RMU students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to attend the event. The debate will also broadcast live on RMU-TV channel 98 and will stream live for the public at www.ustream.tv/channel/executivedecision2011 and at www.rmusentrymedia.com.

“It’s a wonderful engaged learning opportunity for our students to stage an event of this nature,” stated Carrie Moniot, who teaches the Media Management class that planned this event from start to finish for their mid-term project.

A senior journalism major at Robert Morris University, Andrea serves as a staff member this semester, writing and producing packages for all aspects of RMU Sentry Media.
