PITTSBURGH — The Pittsburgh Pirates are pulling out all the stops in order to fill seats this upcoming season.

According to the Pirates website, the baseball club is teaming up with Papa John’s Pizza to offer $10 tickets to students for every home game. Papa John’s student tickets will be offered for each game in the upper bleacher reserved section of the park.

The Pirates say that tickets can easily be purchased on any mobile device through the MLB Ballpark App and fans can use their phone as their ticket, no need to print anything.

Giant Eagle is also teaming up with the Pittsburgh baseball team to offer discounts to non-student fans this season. The team is offering 50 percent off select games this season.

Pirates fans can get tickets to games on Friday through Sunday, excluding opening day, for half-off in the infield box, outfield box and grandstand sections. The Giant Eagle Advantage Card Games begin on April 3.
