9/13/22: Suspicious Incident: A student reported receiving inappropriate comments behind Washington Hall. RMU Detective reviewed the cameras and identified the suspect. One student will be sent through Student Conduct. The case is closed.

9/13/22: Fire Alarm-False Activation: Guardian Protection reported a fire alarm activation in Salem Hall. Officers responded and found the cause to be system trouble. RMU Maintenance was notified. The fire department was canceled. The panel was reset. This case is closed.

9/14/22: Found Property: A set of car keys were found in Hopwood Hall and turned into the Police Department. Officers were able to locate the vehicle and notify the owner. This case is closed.

9/14/22: Departmental Information: A student reported their vehicle was scratched in the Upper Massey lot. All pertinent information and pictures were obtained for insurance purposes. The case is closed.

9/15/22: 201 Commitment: RMU Officers responded to Washington Hall for a 201 commitment. RMU Counseling Center and Residence Life were notified. Valley Ambulance transported the patient to the hospital. This case is closed.

9/15/22: Suspicious Person: A student reported witnessing an individual changing clothes in the Nicholson Student Center lot. Officers responded and located the individual off campus. They were advised of their actions and to park elsewhere for their walk. The case is closed.

9/15/22: Suspicious Person: RMU Police were notified about individuals soliciting for voters. Officers responded and located the individuals in the Gazebo Lot. They were advised they need to get permission from Student Life. This case is closed.
