9/14/21- Departmental Information: A parent called to report identity theft on behalf of his daughter. This issue was resolved without any charges. The case is closed.

9/14/21- Harassment: RMU Island Sports Center Public Safety reported a fight between a coach and a parent. Officers responded. Neither individual wanted to press charges after reviewing the cameras. This case is closed.

9/15/21- Disturbance/Loud Music or People: Residence Life reported a verbal altercation between two roommates in Yorktown Hall. Officers arrived to assist with allowing one roommate to remove their belongings from the room. The case is closed.

9/16/21- Fire Alarm-False Alarm: Residence Life reported a fire alarm activation in Yorktown Hall Conference Center. Officers responded and found the cause to be unknown. RMU Maintenance was notified about the malfunction. The fire department was cancelled. The panel was reset on its own. This case is closed.

9/17/21- Suspicious Incident: RMU Police received a suspicious phone call. Officers checked the room in question and spoke with the students. Everything appeared normal and the students were safe. The case is closed.

9/17/21- Medical Emergency: RMU Island Sports Center staff reported an injured hockey player. Officer responded. The player was transported to the hospital by the medics. This case is closed.

9/17/21- Departmental Information: RMU Police jump-started a vehicle in Colonial Way Lot. The case is closed.

9/17/21- Student Conduct Alcohol: Residence Life reported a possible party in Salem Hall. Officers responded along with Res Life staff. Seven students will be sent through Student Conduct for violating the alcohol policy and being non-compliant. This case is closed.

9/19/21- Student Conduct Alcohol: Residence Life reported a possible party in Washington Hall. Officers responded along with Res Life staff. Ten students will be sent through Student Conduct for violating the alcohol policy and being non-compliant. The case is closed.

9/19/21- Medical Emergency: A student reported a medical emergency in Yorktown Hall. Officers responded and notified Res Life. Medics arrived and evaluated the student. They did not transport the student to the hospital. The student was told to contact Student Health Services in the morning. This case is closed.

9/20/21- Fire Alarm-Smoke Detector Activated: Guardian Protection reported a fire alarm activation in Hale Center. Officers responded and found the cause to be RMU Maintenance checking the sprinkler system. The fire department was cancelled. The panel was reset. The case is closed.

9/20/21- Medical Emergency: A professor requested assistance for a student feeling ill in the Nicholson Center. Officers responded. The student was transported to Student Health Services and evaluated. This case is closed.

9/20/21- Accident Involving Damage- Att. Vehicle/Property: A student stopped in the Barry Center to report a hit and run at the front of campus. Officers took pictures of the damage. This incident is under investigation by detectives. The case is pending.

9/20/21- Suspicious Incident: Complainant reported their motorcycle stolen at the RMU Island Sports Center. Officer took all the pertinent information and started to check the area. The vehicle was located. This case is closed.
