Man in Washington County Drives Himself to Hospital after being Grazed by a Bullet

Thursday morning, a man was grazed by a bullet along Hart Avenue in the city of Washington. The victim drove himself to the hospital in Washington County after the incident. Police are investigating the scene, but no arrest has been made yet.
