The United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania hosts concert in Pittsburgh featuring Peter Buffett

PITTSBURGH – Son of Warren Buffett, Peter Buffett, will be visiting Pittsburgh on Oct. 2 with hopes of bringing the community together and focusing on complex issues.

The United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania will be hosting a live concert and conversation, featuring the philanthropist and musician.

Buffett will be at the Carnegie Museums of Art and Natural History in Carnegie Music Hall in Oakland to play at the event.

Buffett and United Way come to Pittsburgh with hopes of offering new ways of thinking and energy in regards to complex community issues.

The event hopes to bring in and inspire a diverse group of caring people to uncover regional problems and discover solutions.

Buffett’s concert will begin at 7 p.m. followed by a dessert and wine reception.

Tickets for the event are free but limited. United Way will be accepting donations at the door and recommends a $20 amount.
