09/13/16 – Fire Alarm – Guardian reported a fire alarm activated in Madison Hall.  Officers responded, and found the alarm activated by the resident using a hair straightener.  Maintenance was notified to reset the alarm system. (Closed)

09/14/16 – Trouble Alarm – Guardian reported a trouble alarm activated in Concord Hall.  Officers arrived and found that the resident had burnt food.  Maintenance was notified to reset the alarm system. (Closed)

09/14/16 – Medical Emergency – This department was notified of people stuck in the elevator in Salem Hall.  Maintenance and this department were able to free the individuals stuck inside. (Closed)

09/14/16 – Title IX- This department is working with the Title IX department on an investigation. (Closed)

09/13/16 – Departmental Information- This department assisted Residence Life in checking on an anonymous complaint in Hancock Hall. (Closed)

09/15/16 – Accident – This department took an accident report for a vehicle hit while parked in the CFL 1 parking lot.  All pertinent information was obtained and a report was issued for insurance purposes. (Closed)

09/15/16 – Assist Another Agency – This department assisted Sewickley and Moon Township Police Departments with a road rage incident on University Boulevard. (Closed)

09/15/16 – Entered In Error – This incident number was issued in error. (Closed)

09/15/16 – Accident – This department was advised of a hit and run accident in the CFL 1 parking lot.  A report was issued for insurance purposes and one citation was issued. (Closed)

09/15/16 – Welfare Check – This department was notified of an abandoned 911 call from the Revere Center.  Officers checked the building and found no one in need of assistance. (Closed)

09/15/16 – Suspicious Incident – This department was notified of a suspicious male at Yorktown Hall.  Officers met with the male who was checking local hotels for someone who stole items from his restaurant in Monaca PA.  Officers removed the male from the property and advised him not to return. (Closed)

09/15/16 – Disorderly Conduct – While reviewing cameras at Yorktown Hall, and officer viewed three males involved in suspected drug activity.  One citation was issued at the conclusion of the investigation. (Closed)

09/15/16 – Disorderly Conduct – Residence Life reported a party in Adams Hall.  At the conclusion of the call, six students were sent through Student Conduct, along with one citation issued. (Closed)

09/16/16 – Disorderly Conduct – Officers were called to Marshall Hall for a smell of marijuana.  Three students were involved and eight citations were issued at the conclusion of the incident. (Closed)

09/16/16 – Lost Property – A wallet was turned into the department that was found in the Sewall Center.  Officers were unable to locate a phone number for the owner and the wallet was placed in lost and found until the owner can claim it. (Closed)

09/17/16 – Stopper II Activation – This department was notified of an alarm going off in Yorktown Hall.  Officers found the alarm to be a Stopper II cover, and reset the alarm. (Closed)

09/17/16 – Suspicious Person – Officers stopped a male exiting the woods behind Yorktown Hall.  The male advised he was an employee of the Yorktown Café, returning to retrieve his phone charger. (Closed)

09/17/16 – Disorderly Conduct – Officers were called to Ross Hall for an odor of marijuana.  One student was involved, and one citation was issued. (Closed)  

09/17/16 – Smell Of Marijuana – Officers were called to Marshall Hall for an odor of marijuana.  The building was checked, and officers met with negative results. (Closed)

09/17/16 – Traffic Stop – An officer conducted a traffic stop on Campus Drive.  The driver was issued two citations at the conclusion of the stop. (Closed)

09/18/16 – Medical Emergency – Officers were notified of student in need of medical attention at Gallatin Hall.  Valley Ambulance was contacted and transported the student to Sewickley Valley Hospital for treatment. (Closed)

09/18/16 – Welfare Check – Officers viewed a female who was unable to walk on her own by Marshall Hall.  The female was under the influence, but twenty-one years of age.  Officers made sure the female made it back to her dorm and was with a friend for the remainder of the night. (Closed)

09/18/16 – Underage Drinking – Officers were called to Monroe Hall for an unresponsive male.  Upon officers arrival the male was found to be under the influence of alcohol.  Valley Ambulance arrived and treated the male, who refused to be transported.  The male was left in the care of his roommate and issued one citation. (Closed)

09/18/16 – Assist Another Agency – This department assisted the Moon Township Police Department with a motor vehicle accident on University Boulevard. (Closed)

09/18/16 – Theft – Officers were advised of a bulletin board taken from Salem Hall.  Officers reviewed the cameras and were able to identify the student involved.  The student was advised to return the board, and that they are being sent through Student Conduct for their actions. (Closed)

09/19/16 – Fire Alarm – Guardian reported a fire alarm activated in Lexington Hall.  The residents had burnt food; maintenance was notified to reset the alarm system. (Closed)

09/19/16 – Departmental Information – This department was advised of solicitation on campus.  The parties involved were gone upon officers arrival, but they left flyers behind.  Officers called the number on the flyer and left a message informing of the solicitation policy on campus. (Closed)
