10/29/19- Welfare Check- A parent called concerned for her daughter’s wellbeing. Officers responded to Yorktown Hall and found the student safe (closed).

10/29/19- Trespass Warning- Parkhurst management requesting assistance preventing an ex-employee from returning to campus. Contact was made via phone and a trespass warning issued (closed).

10/30/19- Theft- A resident in Madison reported her Tumbler stolen. Investigation opened, suspect identified, and the item was returned. The victim did not wish to press charges. Suspect to be sent through student Conduct (closed).

10/30/19- Student Conduct-Resident student sent through Student Conduct for indirect harassment with another student (closed).

10/30/19- Fire Alarm- Moon Dispatch reported a fire Alarm in Salem Hall. Officers responded to find the alarm to be caused by the shower. The Fire Dept. was canceled and the alarm panel was reset (closed).

10/31/19- 201 Commitment- The Counseling Center requested assistance with a voluntary Commitment. The individual was transported to the hospital for evaluation via police vehicle without incident (closed).

10/31/19- Found property- A freedom card was turned into this Dept. The card owner was notified and the card was logged into Lost and Found for safekeeping (closed).

10/31/19- Smell of Marijuana- Students reported a smell of marijuana in Gallatin Hall. Officers arrived and could not determine the origin of the odor (closed).

10/31/19- Welfare Check-This department received a welfare check request for a student who hasn’t been to class. Robinson PD assisted and made contact with the individual and was found safe (closed).

10/31/19- Student Conduct- Residence Life reported a smell of marijuana in Gallatin Hall. Three individuals to be sent through student conduct for marijuana (closed).

11/1/19- 302 Commitment- The Counseling Center requested assistance with an involuntary commitment. The individual was detained until an Ambulance arrived to transport to the hospital for treatment (closed).

11/2/19- Welfare Check- A student requested a welfare check on an intoxicated friend. Moon PD was requested to assist making contact with the individual. They were found safe (closed).

11/2/19- Accident with Parked Vehicle- A student reported the damage to his vehicle while parked in the Colonial Lot. Photos and report taken for insurance purposes (closed).

11/2/19- Fire Alarm- Moon Dispatch reported a fire Alarm in Marshall Hall. Officers responded to find the alarm to be caused by burnt food. The Fire Dept. was canceled and the alarm panel was reset (closed).

11/2/19- Welfare check- Officers responded to Concord Hall for a report of a female crying and yelling. The noise was from two individuals playing video games (closed).

11/2/19- Student Conduct-Residence Life reported a smell of marijuana in Yorktown Hall. Two students to be sent through Student conduct for marijuana (closed).

11/4/19- Fire Alarm- Moon Dispatch reported a fire Alarm in Salem Hall. Officers responded to find the alarm to be caused by burnt food. The Fire Dept. was canceled and the alarm panel was reset (closed).

11/4/19- Departmental information- A resident student reported harassing messages. No direct threats or crime committed. Report taken for informational purposes at this time (closed).

11/4/19- Accident with Parked Vehicle- A student reported damage to her vehicle while parked in the CLF/Pat Henry Lot. Photos and report taken for insurance purposes (closed).
