10/30/18- Lost Property- An employee reported losing a key for the Student Rec Center.  A report was sent to the University Locksmith. (closed)

10/31/18- Student Conduct- Officers located an intoxicated female at Yorktown Hall.  The female was taken back to their room, and left with a friend to keep an eye on her.  The student involved will be sent through Student Conduct. (closed)

10/31/18- Trouble Alarm- Guardian reported a trouble alarm activated in the John Jay Center.  The cause for the alarm was a broken strobe. Maintenance was notified. (closed)

10/31/18- Theft- A report was made to this department for a theft of a hockey stick at the Island Sports Center.  This incident is under investigation at this time. (open)

10/31/18- Accident- This department was notified of a minor accident in the Lower John Jay parking lot.  All pertinent information was obtained and a report was issued for insurance purposes. (closed)

10/31/18- Retail Theft- This department was notified of a theft from the PNC Café.  This incident is under investigation at this time. (open)

10/31/18- Fire Alarm- Guardian reported a fire alarm activated in Salem Hall.  The cause for the alarm was from the residents cooking. Maintenance was notified to reset the alarm system. (closed)

11/01/18- Medical Emergency- A cadet from the Police Academy was in need of medical attention.  Another cadet offered to drive them to UPMC Pittsburgh for treatment. (closed)

11/01/18- Fire Alarm- Moon Dispatch reported a fire alarm activated in the Rooney House. A faulty motor inside the refrigerator caused the alarm.  Maintenance removed the refrigerator. (closed)

11/01/18- Medical Emergency- A patron at the Island Sports Center was in need of medical attention.  The patron did not wish to have an ambulance called for him, and had a friend take him for treatment. (closed)

11/02/18- Found Property- A wallet was turned into this department that was found in the Washington Gravel Lot.  The owner was contacted, and advised that their wallet is at the Police Department. (closed)

11/02/18- Departmental Information- This case number was entered for training purposes. (closed)

11/02/18- Smell of Marijuana- Residence Life reported a smell of marijuana in Monroe Hall.  The occupants of the room were gone prior to arrival, and Residence Life will handle this incident. (closed)

11/03/18- Found Property- An uber driver dropped off a wallet that was left behind in his vehicle.  This department had no contact information for the owner, and the wallet was placed into evidence. (closed)

11/03/18- Fire Alarm- Guardian reported a fire alarm activated in Massey Hall. The cause for the alarm was from a smoke machine.  Maintenance disabled the alarm until play practice was over. (closed)

11/03/18- Accident- This department received a report of a minor accident at the Nicholson Center loading dock.  All pertinent information was obtained and a report was issued for insurance purposes. (closed)

11/04/18- Student Conduct- Officers were called to Hamilton Hall for a smell of marijuana.  All parties involved were advised that they would be sent through Student Conduct. (closed)

11/04/18- Fire Alarm- Guardian reported a fire alarm at Concord Hall.  The cause for the alarm was burnt food. Maintenance was notified to reset the alarm system. (closed)

11/05/18- Medical Emergency- This department was notified of a student in need of medical attention in the Nicholson Center.  Valley Ambulance transported the student to Sewickley Valley Hospital for treatment. (closed)

11/05/18- Lost Property- A student came in and reported his laptop misplaced.  All necessary information was obtained, and the cameras will be reviewed in an attempt to locate the laptop. (closed)
