The Colonials were unable to end their two game road skid and lost their third straight road contest Saturday in the hands of St. Francis.

RMU 62 (9-5, NEC 3-0), St. Francis Brooklyn 53 (3-11, NEC 0-3): The Colonials traveled to Brooklyn, New York for a contest against the Terriers of St. Francis Brooklyn Saturday afternoon and RMU was able to stay undefeated in NEC Play defeating the Terriers 62-53. The Colonials took a narrow 31-30 lead into halftime but Robert Morris was able to pull away from their opponent in the second half and sent the Terriers to the dog house. Junior Rebeca Navarro led RMU in points finishing with 14. Sophomore Megan Smith wasn’t far behind as she finished the game with 11 points. Smith also led the team in rebounds with 7. RMU as a team shot 36.7 percent from the field.
