The Colonials advanced to the NEC Championship Game after a 2-1 defeat of Bryant.

RMU 2 (10-10, NEC 5-3), Bryant 1 (5-11-3, NEC 4-2-2): The Colonials took on the Bryant Bulldogs in the first round of the NEC Tournament Friday in Teaneck, New Jersey as Robert Morris was able to defeat the Bulldogs with a score of 2-1. With the victory, the Colonials advanced to the Championship game Sunday against Fairleigh Dickinson. Senior Lauren Sulkowski began the scoring in the 26th minute with her fourth goal of the season to give the Colonials the 1-0 lead. Bryant later tied the game at one with a goal in the 48th minute but RMU picked up the winning goal as sophomore Maleha Kureishy found the back of the net on a penalty kick in the 82nd minute. RMU goaltender Chelsea De Jager made four saves during the duration of the game.
