2/25 Departmental Information – IT requested access to the server room in Lafayette for a potential problem with the network. Officers assisted and advised if any further information is obtained to notify this department. (Closed)

2/25 – Harassment – A student reported receiving harassing text messages from a non-student. Officers will contact the non-student and advise them to stop contact with the student. (Closed)

2/25 – Smell of Marijuana – This department was advised of an odor of marijuana in Washington Hall. Officers checked the area with negative results. (Closed)

2/25 – Personal Injury – A faculty member reported falling in the Washington Gravel lot due to icy conditions. Injuries were reported to the left arm, right side of neck, shoulders and back. A report was written and no medical attention was reported as needed. (Closed)

2/25 – Fire Alarm – Officers noticed the alarm going off in Joe Walton Stadium while on patrol. Officers checked the alarm panel, found the location given and checked that area with negative results. Maintenance was notified of the alarm. (Closed)

2/26 – Assist Another Agency – This department assisted Moon Township Police Department with a report of an armed robbery on Brodhead Road. (Closed)

2/28 – Property Damage – An officer reported damage to departmental issued property. The damaged item has been repaired. (Closed)

2/28 – Accident – This department was advised of an accident in the loading dock area at Nicholson Center. Both parties exchanged information and a report was issued for insurance purposes. (Closed) 

3/02 – Student Conduct – This department was advised of a male walking through the Sewall Center lot looking inside cars. Officers responded and identified the male as a student who was waiting for a ride back to his dorm. Officers transported the male to Salem Hall. (Closed)

3/03 – Student Conduct – Officers were called for a noise complaint in Concord Hall. Upon officers’ arrival, several students were found to be drinking and under the age of 21. All parties’ information was obtained and all were advised that they would be sent through Judicial Affairs for judgment. (Closed)

3/03 – Student Conduct – This department was advised of an intoxicated female who got sick in the hallway at Yorktown Hall. Officers responded and the female in question was located. The female was advised that she would be sent through Judicial Affairs for judgment. (Closed)

3/03 – Fire Alarm – Guardian reported a fire alarm activated in Madison Hall. Officers responded, found no sign of smoke or fire and reset the alarm panel. (Closed)

3/04 – Student Conduct – Maintenance reported damage done in Salem Hall to this department. The cameras were reviewed and a suspect was identified. The suspect will be sent through Judicial Affairs for restitution of the damages. (Closed)

3/04 – 201 – A student was transported to Sewickley Valley Hospital by this department for treatment. (Closed)

3/04 – Departmental Information – This department was advised of a possible harassment situation involving a student residing on campus. Officers are investigating the incident at this time. (Closed)

3/04 – Departmental Information – This department is investigating a matter involving a former employee. (Closed)

3/04 – Medical Emergency – Officers were called to John Jay Center for a student who passed out. Upon officers’ arrival, the student was alert and was transported to the nurse’s office. Valley Ambulance was called to assess the student who refused medical treatment. (Closed)

3/04 – Accident – This department was advised of an accident in the parking lot of Yorktown Hall. Officers responded and obtained the information from the vehicles involved since neither party was present. This incident is still under investigation at this time. (Open)

3/04 – Criminal Mischief – A resident student reported that their vehicle had been keyed while parked in the Colonial Way parking lot. Pictures of the damage to the vehicle were taken and a report was written for insurance purposes. (Closed)
